Despite being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 17 years ago, Orit Esther doesn’t miss a beat. Chana Carlebach is the director of the BMC Center in S. Agathe Quebec, with thousands of students worldwide. She is a world-renowned motivational speaker and certified coach specializing in intimate relations with 35 years of experience coaching new brides and couples. Chana has trained over 300 mikvah educators. She is the Rebbetzin of the House of Israel Congregation with over 1000 families. She received prestigious honors from Federation CJA in Montreal for excellence in education and community. Together with her husband, she is most grateful to Hashem for her 13 children and beautiful grandchildren.

The Program
Orit Esther has created an exclusive program that integrates teachings from the Holy Ba’al Shem Tov, his disciples, and Torah psychology. This program is not a training program to be a coach, even though they share common ideals. You can train in the second year to pursue a career in coaching if you wish, or use the tools you learned in the first year to purely deepen your personal healing journey- you decide! This course will leave you sighing tears of joy, empowering you for more, and surge your soul’s energy to an all-time high!

The first year is a requirement to advance for certification. The course is non-transferable and non-returnable.
During the second year you must complete the entire online course LIVE as well as coursework and practicum in order to earn your certification as a Positive Influencer & Facilitator. Second year coursework includes staying accountable by keeping a personal wellness journal & charting your experience (which will be periodically reviewed by Orit Esther and explored with you personally), required weekly buddy meetings with a practicing student & focusing on personal facilitation of one another, 3 client intake sessions handed in by the end of the school year together with a 2-Week motivational plan encouraging them to ‘Rise & Shine’ to their better self. There are 24 classes in the second year.
Shana Bet (Second Year) The structure of each class (times are approximate and each class will be up to 2 and 1/2 hours long).
> 60 minutes of teaching by R’ Riter with participants muted during this time
> 60 minutes alternating one week where we will openly discuss real life issues of potential clients in a group setting. Other weeks we will break out into zoom rooms for practical 1-on-1 experience on how to mentor one another utilizing the mindfulness tools and teachings taught. This year focuses on a variety of practical exercises & techniques for everyday use to expand your personal & professional healing toolbox.
> 30 – 45 minutes of specific facilitation techniques. This segment will be taught by a number of professional and experienced facilitators working in the field of coaching and facilitation.
The second year will expand on the following points and others:
Holding the potential of your client, believing in their capabilities, managing your own limiting beliefs, suspending judgement and watching for their limiting beliefs
Deepening your clients understanding by listening to non-verbal messages such as voice tone, phrasing, facial expression and body language.
Acknowledging the awareness and insights your clients have gained and what they have done. Positively challenging them for what they have not done yet.
Listening, Attending & Validating what your clients have said.
Communicating other points of view through your perspective, through your own life’s experiences (this is where your personal niche’ as a facilitator shines most), allowing them to examine their viewpoint and inspiring commitment to shift to a more resourceful place with possibilities.
Teaching clients to take ownership and commit to taking action. It cannot be imposed and must come from within. It’s about building awareness and responsibility in order to grow people. Increased responsibility leads to enhanced potential, confidence and self-motivation.
Positively influencing the Emuna principles you cherish dearly and have come to own through your life’s journey and represent you right now. Helping your clients clarify their own values and enhancing their ability to find pleasure in the pain by fortifying their Torah values.

Definitely! Men are encouraged to sign up for this life-changing, informative program. Men have an adjusted track with a 20% reduction in tuition. The first year for men will be taught through digital recordings and without the spiritual intimacy part of each class. In the second year, men join the live class. Men should continue to the signup form and select the men’s track.
No, and somewhat yes. This course is to become a better you and learn skills to be a thoughtful mentor and professional facilitator. What’s the difference? As a mentor and facilitator, you’re expected to provide motivation and emotional support, be a great listener and know how to reflect to another person what’s bothering them so they can gain clarity and move forward. It’s to be a trusted guide through mutual interaction, not to provide concrete action plans, which a life coach might do. In this course, you will solidify your sense of self and resilience and then learn how to provide guidance, motivation, and emotional support to others, which will translate into a professional role and potential career with income. It’s up to you to decide how to invest the tools gained and make it a career and/or utilize the tools for personal use.
Each session is about 2 and ½ hours, but the time will fly! I am jumping in my seat to teach this course’s fantastic, geulah’dig material. It’s life-saving material each woman and man needs to learn. It clarifies our role, strengthens our spiritual and emotional core, and teaches us how to be at peace with all of our energy powers. Some classes may extend the 2, and 1/2 hours so please plan accordingly.
The course is a live, online training via Zoom Conference. Attendance isn’t mandatory for the first year; if you miss a class, you can watch the recording. For the second year, attendance is compulsory. Each class will be recorded and available online for up to one year from when they’re uploaded.
Year 1 may be learned through the course recordings. Women will receive the entire class recording. Men will receive the whole class minus the last 45 minutes, which teaches spiritual intimacy geared only for women. During year 2, online attendance is available and required for everyone.
For second year participants only there is a one-time 1-on-1 personal phone or zoom meeting with Orit Esther. The goal of this 30-minute meeting is to facilitate you through your written journaling experience, which is reviewed periodically by Orit Esther, and mentor you as you grow into your Facilitating title.
One doesn’t need to be married to join the program. The only requirement is to be over 18 years old and have a growth-oriented mindset. The teachings on family purity are geared towards women who have already learned it beforehand. It will be deeply explored at an advanced pace and not meant for beginners.
You must believe Hashem is the only G-d in the universe and live your life guided by His Torah.
